Representative from Jefferson County, running for Colorado State Treasurer. Justin is known as the legislator who reads every
bill before voting and has set a record for the most "no" votes. He is rated "A+" by Principles of Liberty
and consistently finishes #1 in the House. He has received the House Champion Award from the CO Union of Taxpayers (CUT),
a 100% rating from the American Conservative Union, and is called the legislator who “most consistently acts in defense
of liberty and limited government in the State House.” In 2016, Justin was instrumental in drafting the most conservative
national platform since the inception of the Republican Party.

Victor Mitchell is a businessman who has led more than six
companies. Currently, he is CEO of Lead Funding, a specialty real estate lender. Previously, Mitchell founded or headed successful
wireless and tech firms. His business accomplishments have been recognized by the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce,
The Denver Business Journal, Ernst & Young, and Entrepreneur magazine From 2007 to 2009, Mitchell served in the state’s
House of Representatives. In 2001, he headed the group SAVE COLORADO JOBS that led the defeat of Prop 103, a statewide
ballot measure that would have increased state income and sales tax rates. With degrees from San Diego State and Harvard,
he has served as an adjunct lecturer at Colorado State University. Mitchell is a devoted husband to his wife of 27 years, Amy, and loving father to his daughter Lauren
of JP Morgan; son, David, a West Point Cadet, and daughter Emily, a middle schooler.
